• Who: All Homeowners of Oakridge West Subdivision
• What: Annual Oakridge West Homeowners Meeting 
• When: September 6th, 2025 at 5:30 P.M.
• Where: Seven Hills Fire Department 3650 Newman Road
• Why: To elect HOA board members for 2025-2026 term, for the HOA and homeowners to speak about issues or concerns, to vote on the 2025-2026 Budget, but most importantly to be able to come together as a community. 

Annual Dues ($100) are due no later than September 1st (can pay at meeting with no late fee). Invoices have been mailed out for 2024-2025, so check your mailboxes. HOA Dues are NOT OPTIONAL. 

 *Please note: Any Dues received after September 1st, 2025 will incur a late fee of $20.00. (Exception will be for anyone paying at the HOA meeting)
